Scientific summary

By working in clinical microbiology laboratory, in the National Reference Center for Staphylococci, in the National Reference Center for Legionella and in the INSERM research team “bacterial pathogenesis and Innate Immunity”, my research is strongly oriented towards the epidemiology and bacterial pathogenesis –with special emphasis on staphylococci- and the potential implication of our research for diagnostic tools, or for prophylactic and therapeutic development.
