Positions and Employment:
Since 2013: Research associate (CR2 INSERM) at "Laboratoire de Crystallographie et RMN biologiques", LCRB, Paris Descartes.
Structure-Function Relationships in Yeast Ribosome Biogenesis
From 2009 to 2013: Post-Doc at the Wellcome Trust Center for Cell Biology, Edinburgh. In the laboratory of Pr. David Tollervey.
Quality control mecanisms during small ribosomal subunit assembly
-PhD in molecular biology obtained in 2008 at the University of Toulouse III. Research performed at the LBME (Toulouse).
"Functional characterisation of the RNA helicase Prp43p".
I am interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms required during ribonucleoparticles (RNP) assembly and specially during ribosomes synthesis. To study these mechanisms, I integrate different information coming from in vivo genetics (yeast), large throughput analysis of protein/RNA interactions, biochemistry analysis as well as structural study.
