Scientific summary

B. Srour's main research interests are the impact of food-processinng on health, as well as the links between circadian perturbation due to food intakes and chronic diseases, in particular cancer. He participated in more than 40 Media interviews. He is member of an Expert group for INCa in 2018, dedicated to nutrition and cancer tertiary prevention. He co-directed 3 and tutored 2 Master students, participates occasionally to the teaching activities of the Masters “Nutrition and Public health” Paris 13 University (Dyslipidemia, Methods in Epidemiology, Food Processing and Health) and is a teaching assistant for first-year medical and bachelor in biology students in Paris 13 University.
