Mindset

I am interested in caracterizing the evolutionary process at work that molds the current (genetic) diversity. To do so, I use a mix of mathematical modeling, computer simulations and genomic data analysis to confront models to the real biological world. I have developped interest in Population Genetics, Comparative Genomics and more Generaly any type of Molecular Evolution. I also love teaching these subjects among others. Finally I am fond of historical and philosophical perspectives on the field of evolutionary biology.
