Scientific summary
INSERM Researcher at HP2 laboratory. My research field focuses on observationnal longitudinal data analyses with two majors topics: causal inference on observationnal data and clustering of statics and longitudinal data.
The final objective is to pragmatic approach dedicated to patients that will curb their health trajectory to one with better prognosis and to identify major determinants of health trajectories by using real-life data.
The derivation of patients’ trajectories from a large set of multidimensional covariates, from different sources, repeatedly measured over time raises methodological challenges that are addressed through a dedicated collaboration and partnerships with national and international experts.
I am member of the multidisciplinary institute of artifical intelligence (MIAI) of Grenoble (chair My Way To Health) and I am co-chair of E-Health chair of Grenoble Alpes University Fundation.
