My scientific interests focus on the area of epigenetic memory mechanisms which are essential for safeguarding of the cell identity features during developmental stages and under the pathological stress conditions. During my scientific career, I was able to establish a strong expertise in the field of epigenetics, developmental biology, toxicology and genetics. My major challenge is to organize and perform the research that will be helpful for the protection of human and wild life from dramatically growing unwanted impacts of environmental factors. Our team established several collaborations with leading European and American groups to join our efforts in this aim. To reach our goals, we are using biochemical, molecular biological techniques, high throughput sequencing and bioinformatic tools.
