Scientific summary

Cédric Wemmert, is Full Professor in Computer Science, deputy head of the Data Science and Knowledge team of the Engineering Science, Computer Science and Imaging Laboratory (ICube – UMR 7357, University of Strasbourg). His main fields of interest are data mining applied to image analysis, and more specifically collaborative clustering techniques driven by high-level knowledge to extract information from histopathological images. He participated in several projects (2 international ERA projects, 6 french ANR projects, 1 INSERM project, 2 industrial projects, 2 BMBF projects). He is currently the PI of the INSERM MIC project AiCOLO (2019-2022) and also the national PI of the mi:EDGE european ERACoSysmed project (2016-2019).
