Scientific summary
Caterina is a tenured researcher at Inserm U1176. Her research studies are focused on von Willebrand factor (VWF) and his partners. She is interested in developing in vitro & in vivo models to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying unsolved clinical aspects of congenital and acquired von Willebrand disease (VWD). She is also interested in exploring new molecular strategies that can be applied as therapeutic approaches for VWF-associated disorders.
