Scientific summary

Over the last 10 years, Emilie Olie has been involved in research on the vulnerability to suicidal behavior. She is member of  "Environment, Biomarkers and Psychiatry" team at the Institut Genomique Fonctionnelle (France). She conducts studies to better understand processing of psychological and physical pain in suicide attempters, focusing on neuropsychological and functional neuroimaging. In addition, she conducts studies to develop innovative psychotherapeutic strategies in patients with suicidal behavior and/or mood disorders.
