My research focuses on the interactions between aerobic physical exercise and a combinaison of immunotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. More precisely, I study the effect of an exercise performed just before the immuno-chemotherapy administration. My second research interest is to study the mechanisms of exercice on cancer growth in a MC38 colorectal mice model treated by an anti-PD1 and chemotherapy. The purpose is to participate in research on the effect of exercise on intratumoral immune cell infiltration and intratumoral blood perfusion.
