Scientific summary

I am currently working as a principal investigator at the INSERM UMR-S 1329 which is part of the Center of Research in Biomedicine of Strasbourg (CRBS).

My main interest focus on multi-layer data integration from genomic and transcriptomic to human genetic in order to identify risk factors for neurodegenerative diseases such as Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Comparative cross-species analyses of disease-relevant signature allows us to pinpoint novel genes and lead to the discovery of novel therapeutic targets.
