Scientific summary

Originally a nutrition engineer from AgroCampusOuest, I completed a PhD in Public Health with a specialization in epidemiology and interventional research with the University of Bordeaux and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Regional Health Observatory.  I have always been passionate aboute the impact of an every day action and health.

My thesis focused on the topic of dietary diversity in senior citizens.

My thesis first involved validating an indicator of healthy dietary diversity, the ORCHID score, which is pragmatic and easy to use in preventive actions, and examining its association with the long-term health of seniors. Secondly, I helped co-construct and evaluate prevention workshops on the theme of healthy dietary diversity (the ALAPAGE program).

I have now joined the Centre Léon Bérard /INSERM, to contribute to ALDEBARaN projet.

I also contribute to the scientific coordination of the CANCEPT transdisciplinary cancer primary prevention research network.
