I received my PhD Degree (2007) and Master’s Degree (2004) in Mechanical Engineering at the Ecole Normale Superieure, Cachan.
I received my Habilitation à diriger des recherches or HDR (2019) in Sciences & Engineering at Université Sorbonne Paris Nord. HDRis the highest national diploma of Higher Education. The HDR consecrates the recognition of the candidate's high scientific level, the originality of its approach in a field of science, its ability to master a research strategy in a sufficiently broad scientific or technological field and its ability to supervise young researchers.
Since 2015, I am deputy-director of Biomaterial, Engineering & Technologies for Oral Health research team. This research team is recognized since 2025 by Inserm- Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (National Institute of Health and Medical Research).
My research activities are interdisciplinary at the interface of mechanical engineering, materials engineering and dentistry. My research topics are the development of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technologies for patient specific medical devices production and, shaping of biomaterials with CNC milling and additive manufacturing.
