Development and application of high-resolution liquid-state and solid-state Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy for the characterization of molecular structure, dynamics and (time-resolved) molecular interactions of complex bio-macromolecules. Combination of dedicated protein production and isotope labelling schemes with tailored ssNMR methods and other biophysical methods to study atomic structure and molecular interactions of complex biomolecules in native-like and cellular environments. Additional applications include (bio)polymers.
