CURRENT SITUATION
Since 2006: CNRS Research Engineer (Ingénieur d'Etudes), LIMSI, Orsay, France
Since 2002, I am involved in the de-identification issue in French clinical notes, from distinct medical domains (stomatology, cardiology, foetopathology) and different French hospital, either during internship (CHU Pitié-Salpêtrière, 2002) or in biomedical research project (ANR TecSan Akenaton 2008/2011, Accordys 2013/---- projects). I use to manage this issue, using both rule-based and machine-learning based approaches. I reported those experiments in my PhD thesis.
