I joined the Bioinformatics group of Institut Curie in 2003 as a research engineer. My research interest concerns the developement of biostatiscal algorithms for high-throughput data in oncology. In particular, I developed methods devoted to the normalisation and segmentation of DNA copy number profiles. All the methods are currently available from the bioconductor project and have been widely used by the scientific community. In 2008, I defended my PhD in mathematics from AgroParisTech under the supervision of Jean-Jacques Daudin and Emmanuel Barillot. I contributed to publications in biostatitics, in bioinformatics software and databases and in clinical and biological applications.
