Scientific summary
Dr Mélanie Deschasaux-Tanguy is a tenured nutritional epidemiologist coordinating the research axis on nutrition, gut microbiota and health at EREN. For 10 years, she has been conducting epidemiological studies on the associations between nutrition and health and on the gut microbiota, using data from several cohorts (SU.VI.MAX, NutriNet-Santé, EPIC, HELIUS). She authored/co-authored more than 100 international peer-reviewed publications, (h-index: 29, >3500 citations).
