Scientific summary
Dr Mélanie Deschasaux-Tanguy is a tenured nutritional epidemiologist coordinating the research axis on nutrition, gut microbiota and health at CRESS-EREN. She has been conducting epidemiological studies on the associations between nutrition and health and on the gut microbiota, using data from several cohorts (SU.VI.MAX, NutriNet-Santé, EPIC, HELIUS). She authored/co-authored more than 129 publications in international peer-reviewed journals (WoS H-index=39, >6200 citations).
