Scientific summary

We are interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Ca²⁺dependent exocytosis. We study the precise interplay between synaptotagmin and calmodulin in controling SNARE dependent fusion. Also, we are dissecting the molecular mechanisms of neurotransmitter release control by components of the V0 domain of the V-ATPase.
