Scientific summary

My broad research interests are the structural and neurochemical organization, plasticity and development of the mammalian central nervous system, in physiological and pathological (Epilepsy) conditions, with a special focus on the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) neuronal networks. All these researches are conducted in rodents and non-human primates as well as in human brain tissue
