The goal of our team is to develop a strong research focused on human inflammatory chronic diseases and their rodent models. We aim at studying particularly the two main human chronic articular diseases, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and spondyloarthritis (SpA). During the last years, we have smoothly but strongly re-organised our research in order to complete our research mainly based on the use of murine models of arthritis with work dedicated on genomics and target validation. Furthermore, we have also built a stronger research group dedicated on spondylarthropathies.
