The use of the site is limited to personal use. Access to the site can be interrupted at any time and without prior notice, in particular in case of force majeure circumstances, of maintenance or if Inserm decides to suspend or stop the supply of this service. Obligation to supply this service is therefore limited to an obligation of means.

Site Content

Mini-resumes are written online by users and for Internet users. Inserm can not guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness or accuracy of the information provided in the CV. The information contained on the website are not contractual and may be modified at any time.

The site is governed by French law. Users accept the application of French law by visiting this site and using some or all of the features of the site.

Intellectual Property

The contents and texts, including press releases, videos, images and activities appearing or made available on the site, are protected by rights of intellectual property and are Inserms exclusive property, with exception of the data submitted by users. As such, are prohibited, copying, translation, reproduction, sale, publication, exploitation and dissemination without prior written consent of those owners.

Except in certain instances, the trademarks and logos present on the site are the property of Inserm. Unless prior written authorization has been obtained, the Internet user agrees not to use them. Submitted by users in their mini-resumes (name, professional or personal email, work phone number, professional town and country, title/graduation, training, qualifications, professional background and current professional situation, scientific abstract, research topics), provided that such information may be disclosed at the request of the user.

The site meets the requirements of the regulations on data processing and liberties as defined by Law n°78-17 and its amendments. The Internet user has the right to access, modify, correct and delete any of his/her personal data collected when visiting the site, in accordance with French law.
